Bianca Ouchana - Owner
For over 25 years, I have been dedicated to the property management industry, managing properties and investment portfolios across a wide range of markets throughout the country. My experience spans college housing, 55+ communities, new developments, and high-rise properties, with a current focus on single-family and multi-family residential management. Since 2013, our team has proudly specialized in Connecticut properties, partnering with more than 55 property owners and investors statewide.
My approach is hands-on, proactive, and all-inclusive, built around a “whatever it takes” mindset. I’m confident that our team can help alleviate the stress of property ownership while protecting and strengthening your bottom line.
Jett Santiago - Resident coordinator
Jett Santiago has been an integral part of our team for more than five years, bringing over 10 years of property management experience and a strong commitment to resident relations and operational support. As our Resident Coordinator, Jett oversees day-to-day resident matters including lease renewals, maintenance coordination, appointment scheduling, delinquency follow-up, and ongoing resident communication. She also works closely with our legal teams to ensure issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
In addition to supporting our residents, Jett plays an important role in onboarding new property owners and clients, helping create a smooth and organized transition into our management process. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service make her a valued resource for both residents and property owners alike.
